Or are the rest of you struggling a bit?
I guess my frustration is in the fact that I can see the fish (bass) feeding all over.
There are shad everywhere! This could be some of the problem.
What I have found is that I must match the size, and shape of the shad very closely. The bass still seem to be spread out but on the verge of beginning to school...Does that make any sense? :rolleyes:
In other words you may find some schooling but not large amounts of it yet.

Your right haywood,,, there are shad everywhere!! I am finding a lot of one fish smallie spots, the largemouth seem to be schooling up a little better compared to the smallie. But the smallies should keep getting better and better. Tubes have been working good for me, havent been throwing to many crankbaits, because I have been getting smaller fish on them.
