Right now the Catfish bite has been awesome. We have been catching them from the backsides of wingdams to treejams with current. On our current TV show we were actually fishing up by the dam catching a bunch of channel cats. Usually it takes about 15 minutes till the bites start happening. The channel cats seem to follow the scent trail up to the baits and then we have been seeing steady action. We have been using Junnies Worm Tubes with Junnies Stinkbait. The hooks that you get with the tube worms are a little big, so what I suggest is that you also get some smaller hooks. You will get many more hookups, plus with the smaller hook the fish won't feel it as much when they suck in the bait. Good luck on the water!!

Ike, We were actually fishing Pool 5a up by the Dam by Bass Camp. If you are looking for some good fast action you should give it a try. If the bite continues we should try to get up there. Its a blast.
