Got out just for a few hours on July 6. I would say it was a bit slow. One fish that woas about a 2.2lb.
I have heard that the grassy current banks are the way to go. The bait needs to be in the grass or you will not get bit. My guess is to go to a 1/2oz. texas rig and throw a larger profile bait.
I hope to get out today and keep working and searching.

I have a feeling this mayfly hatch is going to hurt fishing for a couple of days. At least the current is slowing down and the water levels are dropping. Things should improve over the weekend. Good luck

I took a look at your photos on the gallery and was impressed with the size of the fish you have been catching. My commercial fisherman neighbor would like to get into some buffalo like the one you are holding. It's good to see your kids are getting into the action too.
