When i rolled out of bed first thing i thought was wow it is cold. it was 8 below and all i could think was ice fishing. Went to class and went out. Didnt do to bad kinda moved a little bit checked out some ice. normal ice is about 4- 5 inches. all the time i was out which was about 2 hours??? i could hear and see geese all over. unreal... for all the goose hunters out there there is still time to get out there. even on the ice you can still hunt. but do remember that it does close from dec. 9th to dec. 16. so get out there!!!! the fish were biting alright tonight. a buddy of mine zack and i went out and had a few nice ones. but alot of little ones also in the bunch. get out there. good luck!!!
