It has actually been pretty slow on the lake. Usually the fish we are catching are nice fish, but much time between them. I am still trying to find a good pattern that they are following. I have been throwing a lot of sinkos, crankbaits and worms and all seem to be doing about the same. Right now the water clarity is really bad, Probably can only see down about 1 1/2ft. The water is really going through a transition right now.

Might have to try my hand on the lake. Been out on the one by the Harley shop on 61 and the sunnies sure are biting there. My five year old cought 5 sunnies and one small bass in about an hour. Then they stopped nibbling.

Sunfish on lake Winona are everywhere, but the size of them are not the best. But your 5yr old will like the constant action. Give it a try.
