been fishing

Hi All:
So it has been a month since I last posted.
I see I am still on the top of the new posts.
So someone needs to do some typing.

As far as the fishing goes, I have been having good luck with the popR.
Also been getting fish with a rattle trap and of course the spinner bait.
Yellow has been the go to color fro spinner.
bone white popR and blue silver rattle.

Have been chatching a lot of fish, but no size to them.
For the cub midway tourn Bro and I must have had 20 keepers for the day and still only came in with 14 some lbs.
But then how does a guy complain about catching keeper fish????
Guess I just did, but realy didn't mean to.

So someone needs to do some typing, even if it is only to say Hay I read this post, keep them coming. Or Hay would you please stop posting::::

Hey, I read your post....keep em coming

Not sure about the Bass but Pool 8 gills and crappies are on fire. Wing dams for the gills and the wood near deep water for the specks.
The sauger and walleye bite is also starting to pick up at Dresbach. Kept a limit of 15-16 inch eyes with 2, 14inch saugers topping it off before the WI bow opener.
This 26 incher was caught and released trolling a Blue White #5 floating rapala through bait balls on a side channel.

Good luck fishing people!

I went walleye fishing last Tuesday 12:00 to 4:00pm. I had the day off!! Supprisingly, the bite was pretty good. I caught (5) legals with 24" and 25" being the biggest. I also caught some dandy bass, small and large mouth. I was fishing wingdams with visible current. Live bait out fished my cranks, but didn't throw all my tricks. Would like to get out this weekend, but its bow opener. Good luck to who are fishing the Botcha (Shniepps) tourney!

Glad to hear you guys are getting fish. The bass bite has been pretty good, though I wish the current would pick up a bit. Bow opener here i come!
